Winns in conjunction with Sowga team up to manage the soft and hard FM at Harbour Exchange Canary Wharf for SMBC Bank.

With only 2 weeks notice, we managed to mobilise a contract to deliver Daily Cleaning and Housekeeping Services for SMBC Bank. This started with a mobilisation meeting with them, the consultants Bywaters etc and Sowga. From there, we set up a contract which included the supply of consumables and rentals. An initial builders/ sparkle clean occurred the weekend prior to occupancy with initial support staff, this enabled a smooth transition for the SMBC employees that relocated from their premises in Central London.  We look forward to working for the FM team at SMBC and a have long-term, mutually rewarding relationship.
