Karen played an active role in the conception of WINNS in 1989 before leaving to obtain a BA Hons degree and move into the education sector as an Advanced Skills Teacher. She returned to WINNS in 2010 to focus on business planning continuity.

Karen’s primary role is to ensure that WINNS continues to run efficiently and effectively. She interrogates our systems and processes to ensure that we are maintaining our quality of service whilst at the same time considering alternative systems and processes that can be initiated to further enhance the quality of our service provision.

Karen is currently undertaking a MBA (Masters in Business Administration) which is positively impacting on the Company.
