LONG TERM STUDIES
Karen Stillwell is currently studying for her MBA with the Open University to ensure that all our systems and processes that underpin our service delivery are current and reflect our core values: FAIR, INCLUSIVE, RESPECT, INNOVATIVE, TRANSPARENT.
As a result of Karen’s training to date for her MBA, the following activities have been introduced:
BLUEPRINTING
Blueprinting of services in order for us to appreciate the depth of background activities and systems that are needed to support the client behind the scenes and the identification of potential fail points both within and outside of our control.
APPRAISALS & TARGETS
A change to Staff appraisals to 360 appraisals.
Weekly activities that require the staff to reflect on current practice and to engage in creating the Company’s 3 year Business Plan, The Company’s GOSPA and Action Plan.
Focus on quarterly target setting where all departments contribute to achieving the target.
Change in tone of the company staff email.
THE END STATE
Appreciation that client's end state is more than just Clean, Secure, Maintain. Clients also need to feel that they have made the right decision, that they can have confidence in their choice and the security of knowing they can leave the cares and worries to WINNS as they get on with their own roles within their companies.
Increased awareness of purchasing decisions, post-purchase behaviour, etc. allows us to operate at an optimum for the client.
Involving all staff in providing regular feedback on what the Company should, stop, start, keep doing.
Adapting the current Company structure to ensure that people are best placed not only for the Company’s needs but also for their job satisfaction and mental well-being.
An awareness of how our unconscious actions and words may adversely affect or discriminate against colleagues without malicious intent and how to be aware of this and address this across the Company.
Update of customer feedback questions to include the NPS (Net Promotor Score).
