How To Appropriately Report Mispayment

Here at WINNS we often receive multiple calls to our head office from our staff as they believe they have been mispaid. We can say 99.9% of these queries have been paid correctly, but it is simply miscalculation by staff that made the figure appear to be odd.


Our cleaning and security staff are paid on a monthly basis and have a contracted amount of hours to work per week. Therefore, when calculating your pay ensure you are correctly counting the hours worked for that specific month. Your final pay sum will fluctuate slightly month to month depending on how the days fall.


If you still believe the figure is incorrect, on your payslip there will be a link to a sheet which you will need to fill out and send to info@winnsservices.co.uk. This is the best method to enquire if your pay is correct, all other methods are void. If your pay has been calculated wrong on our behalf, we apologise greatly and will work hard to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
