About

Rachael joined WINNS Services in 2020 as Operations Manager and brought with her a wealth of knowledge- having over 15 years’ experience in both hard and soft services management across industries including aviation, leisure, retail and distribution.

Prior to WINNS, Rachael worked at Southend Airport, where she made significant contributions to staff training and development in her role, which is something she is passionate about.

Rachael has also worked for some large service providers including Stansted Airport, Mitie and Servest. 

Rachael’s strengths are her attention to detail and her ability to drive things through to completion, while maintaining the highest level of focus on customer service.  She has a strong background in health and safety and enjoys problem-solving and using her experience to make positive changes in the workplace.

In her spare time, Rachael enjoys going to the gym, watching sports and walking her dogs.
