Simoa loved books about nature when he was a child “especially plants”
Although he doesn’t read now, he does like to keep up with the news with a newspaper in the morning. So obviously his favourite genre is news. Simoa has never listened to an audiobook but he says ‘maybe one day I’ll try”.
Simao likes to go back home to see his kids in Ghana where his kids are. He has always wanted to go to Germany because he has some family members there. Family is important” and really doesn’t mind how he travels to get there.
To protect his mental Health, Simao listens to “Cool music, something slow and relaxing and I distance myself from negative things, people or conditions”. He believes that WINNS should always allow him to work alone and trust him to get on with his job as this will help him protect his mental health because he really enjoys working alone.
What should the Company:

SULAIMAN MUGERWA
Sulaiman’s favourite children’s book was Tin Tin, whilst his favourite adult book is Jeremy Clarkson. He doesn’t have a favourite author or genre and neither does he listen to audiobooks.
Sulaiman would like to go to Saudi Arabia for a holiday. His favourite holiday destination is the Zanzibar coast in Africa. His dream destination Is Dubai and he prefers to travel by air.
“We can see why you like the Zanzibar coast. Sulaiman!”
Sulaiman protects his mental health by not stressing himself and laughing a lot which he believes is a good medicine. He thinks that WINNS has done enough to protect his mental health e.g. job protection.
What should the Company:
Start doing? “The company should give occasional bonuses, just moral boosting especially to the hard core of the Company who've been working alongside with WINNS for quite a considerable amount of time”.
Keep Doing? “The Company should carry on communicating with its employees and avoid barriers between the employees and the employer.
Stop Doing ? “WINNS shouldn't stop at anything because they've been good so far”.

STEVEN CLARK
Steven’s favourite ice-cream flavour is Mint chocolate chip with chocolate syrup and his favourite ice-cream brand is Haagen Dazs. Steven’s most memorable ice-cream was the Ice cream milkshake he had in Florida.
Although he doesn’t read much, Steven’s favourite author is James Herbert and his favourite genre is horror.
Steven likes to go to Florida for his holidays and his favourite destination is anywhere in the States. When he goes on holiday, Steven likes to travel by car.
What should the Company:
Start doing? “WINNS should start passing on Communications from client and changes to policies, etc.”

SHANEL MELLOWSHIP
Shanel’s favourite ice-cream flavour is salted Caramel with no toppings. Like Steven, her favourite ice-cream brand is Haagen Dazs. Her most memorable ice-cream was from a little beachfront ice-cream shop in Fuerteventura.
Shanel’s favourite children’s book is The Cat in the Hat. She doesn’t have a favourite adult book As she only reads
occasionally and would never read the same book twice. Shanel has very mixed tastes in genres which include fiction, drama and romance. She listens to audiobooks when driving and sunbathing, but wouldn’t say she had a favourite narrator as she usually goes on recommendations.
Shanel likes to go to Great Yarmouth or abroad for her holidays, and has never been to the same country twice. Her favourite destination was Dominican but her dream destination is Santorini. Shanel prefers to fly when she goes on holiday as driving doesn’t give her the same excitement.
