It's true what they say, life goes quick when you are having fun! I feel as though I blinked and December was gone - but what a month we had enjoying the festivities with our clients and employees, it's that one time of year when you can get together, forget about the stresses and worries and enjoy the moment.
Looking back on the past year, WINNS has been successful in making a few changes in order to push the Company forward to increase value of our clients and employees.
- Monthly Staff Training Days.
- Increasing feedback opportunity for our employees by asking our field staff their opinions on what WINNS should stop, start and keep doing.
- Introduction of 360 appraisals which provide a holistic opportunity for feedback from colleagues.
- Completion of all Company GOSPA quarterly targets.
- Introduction of Weekly activities which prompt focus on alternative views and dimensions of the Company. These are captured and form part of the staff training day's agenda

It's great to receive praise from our clients and we love to pass on all the positivity.
WINNS has been praised for their continued efforts throughout the year for the cleaning of the Anglian Water satellite sites. Keri keeps in contact with the site managers for regular updates on the wellbeing of the staff and level of service being received. We manage over 30 sites for Anglian Water and thank all the staff who contribute to the smooth running of the multiple sites.
Natalie Howard, IT & Facilities Operations Manager, at US&CO extended praise to Maurice Thourboune, for all his hard work whilst covering the cleaning on site.
Carolina Schiffer, Manager, Urban Works, passed on praise for new starter, Gita Medvedkina - she has settled in well and doing a good job.

CHARITY
As always we would like to hear about any charity work you may be getting involved in - this month Amanda Skeggs, cleaner at Beauchamps, has advised she is running the London Marathon next year in April. This is her 2nd London marathon and she is raising money for Havens hospice. Amanda needs to raise £1700 to enter. She is doing lots of fundraising, and I must say she is very determined for such a good cause. Amanda has a Just Giving page and any donations would be hugely appreciated.
